Overview

Gözde graduated from Galatasaray High School and Koç University Faculty of Law. In 2019, she completed her LL.M. in International Law and Technology Policy at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Boston, USA) as a Fulbright Scholar. In 2024, she earned her Master’s in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, graduating with high honors and receiving the MLF Prize for Best Performance in Financial Economics.

Since 2019, Gözde has advised on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, with experience spanning banking and acquisition finance, high-yield bonds, venture capital, and hybrid instruments. She has worked extensively with founders, investors, and technology companies operating across Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Gözde began her career as a Research Associate at Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan (CAMS), where she advised leading technology, energy, and insurance companies on cybersecurity policy and governance. Upon returning to Türkiye, she joined White & Case LLP in Istanbul, representing major Turkish companies, conglomerates, and leading banks in high-profile financing and acquisition transactions.

She later worked at King & Spalding LLP in London, focusing on international finance and capital markets transactions. Building on this experience, she decided to concentrate on technology-driven deals and venture investments, working closely with startups and investors in the emerging technology ecosystem.

In parallel, she serves as a consultant at Enquire AI, an AI-based strategy consulting firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. Gözde continues to combine her academic and professional interests in law, finance, and technology through her work in London, building on her international background and interdisciplinary expertise.
